The YL Intro to Yoga class keeps it simple so you can go with the flow while gaining strength, endurance, and flexibility. Our skilled instructors lead you pose by pose through a whole body sequence, teaching  proper alignment and breathing techniques to maximize performance. Begin or refresh your yoga journey with us by building a strong foundation.

No yoga experience, certain level of physical flexibility, or specific body type required! All are welcome.
