Kundalini Yoga Description
What is Kundalini Yoga? Kundalini Yoga is the study of angles and triangles, where you will connect specific meridians within the human body to unravel your creative potential. Kundalini Yoga is known for being the yoga of awareness. Each class contains a Kriya, witch is a set of exercises that are paired with specific breath patterns, also known as Prana. The Kriya will be followed by an appropriate meditation. Throughout the class, we will be moving energy, and releasing mental blocks to connect our mind and body.
