Sometimes coming back to the mat can be intimidating, especially in a large group (and that’s okay, we’re human!). Or – while flowing through a class you may have questions on other variations/options. Private yoga sessions allow you to work on poses, stretches, and movement that make sense for you on your schedule, and at your own pace. These private sessions allow you to ease into yoga in a safe manner, with proper alignment and a clear focus on your goals and needs. 

*These are especially good for those coming out of surgery and in recovery.
