Vin & Yin

Vin and Yin is all about duality. With an elemental mixture of fire and earth, this 60-minute heated class is an excellent way to purify, ground and focus both body and mind.

You can expect an even split with the first half of class focused on using vinyasa to build heat, increase stability and endurance while connecting breath to movement.

The second half of class allows your body and mind to switch gears as you are treated to yin yoga which is a slow, deep stretching that can help release fascia (connective tissue) and improve mobility in your joints. 

Class will then end with savasana (resting pose on your back) and a short meditation.
