Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic sequence of poses that involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures. You’ll move through strong sequences of traditional Sun Salutations and standing postures, building strength and endurance as you push the edge of your balance and flexibility.
Available both with or without heat, these classes can be slower flowing or more powerful with advanced poses.
