YOLO Studio FAQ’s

New to Yoga London? Explore our Idaho Falls studio FAQs to learn what to expect, how to start, and how to make the most of your first class.

Everything You Need to Know Before Your First Class

Whether you’re stepping into the studio for the first time or returning after a break, we understand that starting (or restarting) a yoga practice can feel intimidating. At Yoga London in Idaho Falls, our goal is to make your experience as comfortable and welcoming as possible.

To help you feel prepared, we’ve answered some of the most common questions about our studio, classes, and hot yoga experience.

What Is the 10-Day Free Trial?

Our 10-day free trial lets local Idaho Falls residents experience all the benefits of a full membership for ten consecutive days. You can take as many classes as you’d like—explore different teachers, class styles, and times to see what fits your schedule best.

To activate your trial, stop by the front desk or call the studio. A credit card is required on file for registration, and our team will help you get started.

How Do I Get Started?

You can sign up through the Mindbody app or come into the studio to register. We recommend starting with a Slow Flow or Pure Stretch class, both designed to help you ease into movement and feel confident on your mat.

Arrive about 10 minutes before class so our staff can show you around, answer questions, and help you settle in. Mats are available for rent or purchase if you don’t have one yet.

I’m New to Yoga—Will I Be Okay?

Absolutely. Everyone begins somewhere, and our instructors are here to guide you every step of the way.

Our teachers specialize in helping students of all levels feel supported and successful. If you’re brand new, a Slow Flow class is a great place to start—it moves at a manageable pace while introducing foundational poses and breathwork.

What Should I Wear or Bring?

Wear clothing that allows you to move freely and stay covered during stretches and inversions. Fitted clothing typically works best to avoid distractions or adjustments mid-practice.

Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and sweat towel—and leave shoes, phones, and extra items in the lobby cubbies to help keep our studio space clean and peaceful.

Why Practice Hot Yoga?

Hot yoga is one of our most popular offerings at Yoga London. The heated environment helps:

  • Improve circulation and flexibility
  • Detoxify the body through increased sweating
  • Support deeper range of motion
  • Boost energy and cardiovascular endurance

The warmth encourages both physical and mental release, helping you leave class feeling strong, balanced, and refreshed.

What Should I Expect During Class?

Each class is designed to provide a safe, supportive, and energizing experience. You’ll be guided by experienced instructors who offer modifications for every level.

To maintain a calm and focused atmosphere, please keep voices low and avoid bringing electronics into the studio. The space is meant to be your sanctuary—a place to let go and focus inward.

Still Have Questions?

If you have specific concerns, injuries, or accessibility needs, arrive early to speak with your instructor before class. Our team is happy to help you modify poses or answer questions.
