This class focuses on core (ab) strengthening and sculpting lean muscles. It’s great for both men and women. HOT Pilates is a bootcamp-style workout done in a Hot room that follows Pilates principles. It helps burn calories, build core strength, and tone muscles.
Suitable for all levels—beginners to advanced—as exercises can be modified to fit your needs. In the hot studio with heat around 104 degrees. You will want to have a mat, a small towel and water.
